Collins Solicitors saved our mortgage Be very careful with choosing your solicitor when buying a new house, especially if you’re self- employed. We did the mistake of picking the cheapest one from Belfast and as the saying goes, for peanuts you get monkeys. The whole process took them ages, they started asking for documentation a week before the completion date- which should have been done in the first few weeks, we missed the completion date and decided to change the solicitor. That’s when we contacted Collins Solicitors. Since our case has been taken over by Philip at Collins everything had changed and went fast pace from then on, our second completion date was sooner than we expected, everything went smoothly and without any problems.
